From the moment we walked through the front door there was a sense of a high level professionalism and a very caring attitude toward my little Japanese Chin (Bibi). It’s always stressful leaving a much loved pet for any procedure but with Melbourne Animal CT I felt very confident that he was in the best of hands and would be well cared for. I really can’t recommend them highly enough and I’ve written to the referring vet with my feedback. I don’t think it hurts for them to know that people are happy with their recommendations. Bibi recovered well from the scan and seems in good spirits!

We had an amazing Experience with the wonderful experts at Animal CTs, they handled our stubborn pup very well, can't go wrong with years of good old fashion experience and know how, they gave very detailed opinions on our girls scans, was 100% worth the 2 hour drive!

Very happy with our experience. Dr Andrew and Erica showed nothing but kindness and care for our precious Mooshka. Also very affordable. We saved over $1000 on Mooshka’s scans by going to Melbourne Animal CT/ Melbourne Feline Thyroid Centre. Highly recommend this practice Belinda & Theme

Jonathan was incredible! He went out of his way to fit us in with little notice and was kind, flexible and accommodating. The cost was cheaper than having a CT scan at our local animal hospital and the animal hospital were happy for the results to be sent to them. Plus, it was a much calmer, quieter experience for our anxious lab. Thanks Jonathan and team!

Doctors Kapsis and Crawford were amazing and made us feel at ease with leaving our cavoodle with them during a CT scan. They were professional, caring and incredibly kind during our visit. Highly recommend them and their facilities.

Having Bailey our Golden Retriever British Cream become ill was an incredibly sad and worrying time for us. When imaging was required, we immediately thought the worst. The referral was made in the morning after our vet visit, and the moment we called you , everything was handled immediately. Bailey had his appointment with you within the next hour. What an amazing professional experience we encountered from start to finish. We left Bailey with you and went to a nearby coffee shop while his CT was being performed. Within an hour you personally called us, and when we returned we found a happy Bailey waiting for us. You reassured us as best you could, and even though it was a Friday, you promised to get the results through to Melbourne Pet Surgery as quickly as possible while also calling us directly as we had requested. Receiving that call later the same day was heaven-sent. You showed such great compassion and empathy throughout. You are a truly trusted imaging provider who treated both our beloved Bailey and us as owners with complete dignity and respect. Thank you for the most amazing service. It is such a relief to know that your practice is here serving pet lovers in Melbourne. Your expertise helps prevent unnecessary surgeries by pinpointing abnormalities quickly and accurately, which in turn minimises needless procedures. My local vet recommended this place for radioactive iodine therapy to treat hyperthyroidism in my cat, and I am extremely satisfied with the treatment. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Andrew and his team genuinely care for their patients, and it was clear that my cat was treated exceptionally well during her stay at the facility. I know that my 12-year-old cat is usually very stressed when she is away from home, but when I went to pick her up this time, she seemed so relaxed and didn’t appear rushed to come home at all 😄 (and this was without any sedative medication). Thank you again for your wonderful service. I really appreciated that during her stay, the team contacted me every day to provide updates on her condition after the treatment, which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a radioactive iodine therapy facility for your cat.

Dr Andrew and Dr Jonathan were amazing, we were able to get a CT for our dog within days. Coming from rural Victoria with my dog, who had other health issues was a bit worrying, but they worked out a plan that suited us all. They were extremely professional whilst showing my dog love and affection which put my mind at ease. We had the results in 2 days and they were able provide places for follow-up care. I highly recommend Melbourne Animal CT.

I cannot speak highly enough of Andrew and the team and Melbourne Animal CT! We booked in for an emergency CT with Andrew and he was incredibly reassuring. His communication and emails were so kind. We felt incredibly safe leaving our unwell dog with Andrew and the nurse and he took the time to explain everything to us and ensured that the CT views taken were optimal. The aftercare instructions were written (in an email, they are paperless) and and delivered verbally and there was lots of time for questions. They were also much cheaper than two other companies we contacted. I would highly recommend Melbourne Animal CT - their kindness and professionaliam were second to none.
